1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Lyravi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lyravi website, web application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lyravi ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lyravi. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

By creating an account, you also represent that:

• You are a human and not a bot or automated service
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law

3. Your Account

To access certain features of the Service, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Google Calendar Integration

Lyravi offers optional integration with Google Calendar to display your events within the app. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Lyravi to access and display your Google Calendar data.

• We access only the calendar data necessary to provide the Service
• We do not sell or use your Google Calendar data for advertising purposes
• You may disconnect your Google account at any time through your account settings
• Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Lyravi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

6. Your Content

Lyravi allows you to create, store, and manage personal content such as journal entries, tasks, habits, and priorities ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of all User Content you create.

By using the Service, you grant Lyravi a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Lyravi name, logo, design, text, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Lyravi and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lyravi.

8. Third-Party Services

Lyravi uses third-party services to help operate and improve the Service, including analytics and marketing tools. These third parties may collect or process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Lyravi does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LYRAVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LYRAVI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LYRAVI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
